Refunds
Digital items
The eBooks sold via our website are digital goods and under UK law (Consumer Rights Act 2015) are not eligible for refund unless they are faulty.
Please get in touch with us if eBooks are faulty within seven days of your order date.
However, we do operate a more generous refund policy on digital items than we are required to by law.
If you have purchased digital goods in duplicate, or in error, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase and we will do our best to help.
Any refund due to you will be made using the same method you used for payment of the Goods. Refunds will be made as possible.
Paperbacks
Problems happen very rarely, but we are here to help when they do.
When you purchase physical goods from our Site, the goods will be shipped from BookVault.
If you received damaged or defective print books, or if your order failed to arrive, we are happy to provide a replacement order with free shipping or a refund if you notify us within 30 days of your order’s shipment date.
Our printers use recyclable packaging. You should ensure that you let the shipping service know a suitable place to leave your books to protect them from the weather if you cannot be in to receive them.
Please note
For physical goods (such as print books) you are required to provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address, including the name of the recipient. We are not liable for the delivery of your goods to the wrong address or wrong person as a result of you providing us with inaccurate or incomplete information.
When making a claim
Please provide us with photographs showing the damage, or incorrect order, together with a photograph of the packing slip. Damaged or incorrect goods should be returned to us.
