If you have any other issues, use the contact form to tell us what's wrong. Alternatively, you can write to us, email or telephone using the details on the contact page.

Please note that if you bought eBooks or paperbacks via any other source, such as Amazon or Kobo, you will need to take up your complaint with them directly.

Within 7 days after that, we will contact you with the results of our investigation.
