What platforms can I read your eBooks on?

Books you buy direct from this website can be read on:

  • Kindles
  • iPads and iPhones
  • Android and Windows Phones
  • Apples and PCs
  • Nooks
  • Kobos
  • Other tablets and readers

There are some older devices you'll need to download Firefox or Chrome on so you can read the book.

How does buying eBooks direct work?

You choose the eBook(s) you want, pay for them via the shopping cart, and then the files are delivered to you via email using the Bookfunnel service.

What happens when I've bought an eBook?

Once you've bought your eBook, you’ll get an email from BookFunnel. That's the service we use to deliver the files to you. It will include your book files plus links to help you add the book files to the reader or app of your choice. Look for an email from help@bookfunnel.com after purchase. It's worth checking your spam/junk folder if you don't receive the email, or your promotions folder if you use Gmail.

What do I do if I have problems with the download?

If you run into any problems, BookFunnel are there to help. Just get in touch with them and they'll help you get your file.

What happens when I buy a paperback?

Paperbacks are printed and shipped by Bookvault. Shipping times and rates will vary depending on the country you are in. This information will be shown at check out, together with shipping choices.

What's your refund policy?


Under UK law (The Consumer Rights Act 2015) digital products can only be refunded if they are faulty. If goods are faulty, let us know, and we'll do our absolute best to put it right.

However, we do go a bit further than we're required to. If you've bought a book in error, for example, if you already have it, get in touch, within 24 hours of order date and we will listen sympathetically.


When you purchase physical goods from our site, the goods will be shipped from BookVault.

If you received damaged or defective print books, or if your order failed to arrive, we are happy to provide a replacement order with free shipping or a refund if you notify us within 30 days of your order’s shipment date.

Please note

For physical goods (such as print books) you are required to provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address, including the name of the recipient. We are not liable for the delivery of your goods to the wrong address or wrong person as a result of you providing us with inaccurate or incomplete information.

Can I buy from you if I live in Europe?

Unfortunately not. Brexit has made it very difficult for UK suppliers. If you want to buy my paperbacks, you can do this via The Great British Bookshop, who are the print outlet of my printers. They ship worldwide.
