Shipping and delivery
How your books will be delivered depends on what type of book you have ordered.
eBooks
Once you've bought your book, you’ll get an email from BookFunnel. That's the service we use to deliver the files to you. It will include your book files plus links to help you add the book files to the reading device or app of your choice.
NOTE
Your books will be sent to the email address on record with Shopify.
Look for an email from help@bookfunnel.com after purchase. It's worth checking your spam/junk folder if you don't receive the email, or your promotions folder if you use Gmail.
Print books
Print books are printed to order by BookVault and shipped by BookVault. Estimated delivery times are shown when you check out, and depend on which country you are ordering from.
For physical goods (such as print books) you are required to provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address, including the name of the recipient. We are not liable for the delivery of your goods to the wrong address or wrong person as a result of you providing us with inaccurate or incomplete information.
EU countries
Currently we do not sell within the EU.
